Summer harvest from Darjeeling's Okayti garden. Dark brown, more openly rolled, unbroken, fully oxidized leaves with dense fruity and nutty aromas. Golden brown infusion, rich, dense, sweet, fruity flavors with notes of cane sugar, stone fruit and a pleasant muscatel line.

How to prepare Darjeeling tea

Okayti Garden and Factory

One of the oldest and longest running gardens in the Darjeeling area. The factory was built in 1888 on a site that has always been called Rangdoo, which translates to "A piece of heaven". The garden covers 657 hectares on the slopes around the town of Mirik at an altitude of 1200-1900 metres. The garden has been certified since 2006 and is run entirely under organic farming.
