The second harvest of black Assamese tea from the Satrupa garden is run under organic farming. The garden stretches on the banks of the Buri-Dihing River in Upper Assam, almost within sight of the Burmese border. The so-called orthodox leaves of a dark brown light gray appearance and a strong honey-woody aroma. Red-brown infusion with full, round, honey-sweet fruit flavors, pleasant tannin, and a hint of stone fruit in the aftertaste.
How to brew Assam Satrupa
